This allows Kangaroo Valley Olives to process within hours of harvesting so that the quality of the fruit is preserved. With the only on-site olive press in Kangaroo Valley, Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) are pressed within hours of harvest - preserving freshness and flavour as well as controlling all aspects of production.
